• Drove suppliers to improve overall FDC (Fault Detection Control) and RMS (Recipe Management System) coverage to over 85%. Overage LoD (Line of Defense) detection coverage improved from 63% to over 90%.
• Certified in IATF16949:2016 by TUV SUD Singapore. Qualified internal and external supplier auditor.
• Resolved wafer quality issues reported by Fab and drove supplier on problem/detection/systemic root causes identification & CA/PA implementation using 8D methodology.
• Represent Supplier Quality and present in Fab Ops, MRB and PCRB (provide Risk Assessment when required). 
• Attend monthly OBR (Operation Business Review) with suppliers to align on supplier PCN (Process Change Notice), set product STC (Ship-To-Control) limits and implementation of eCOA (Certificate of Acceptance) for new product / change in spec for the product.
• Member of Global Wafer substrate team to work on global quality message and expectation for EBR (Executive Business Review) together with Dresden and US site members.
