Unique experiences:

In a previous company that I worked for, there were a lot of complaints especially about service lapse and 90% of the time I was able to resolve the issues before it blew up by addressing the issues immediately and ensuring the customer that I was taking the steps to get it resolved. 

Strengths:
My biggest strengths is in my communication and coping with difficult situations/stress. Gender equality is also important to me. I am also willing to learn and grow more especially so with the right guidance. 

Ambition:

I am a very family oriented man and I want to see myself with more stability and being able to provide better for my family in 3 years time. I also want to see myself with more experience in this industry and equipped with skills and knowledge that will further impact the company positively.

I have been working since 2011.

Specialist Diploma in Applied Psychology
