• Reviewed contractor proposals and sets of drawings prepared by firms to identify missing         information, generate questions, and align the projects within budgets. 

• Preparation of tender documents (Cost summary sheet, Org-Chart, Schedule, Schedule of Unit   Rates & Schedule of Technical data) for tender submission.

• Preparation of Method of Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Works Procedure & Fall      Prevention Plan for approval. 

• Preparations of detailed project schedule and monitoring the project.

• Preparation of Material Catalogues for submission and approval.

• Review and update the drawings as per the Main Con / consultant / Client.

• Liaised with company executives and project managers to acquire resources to move    projects forward. 

• Attend the Co-Ordination meeting with main contractor, Consultants & Clients. 

• Preparation of Progress report & Progress Claim for submission and approval.

• Plan, lead and manage a team of supervisors in implementing fire protection installation for    the project.

• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and  specifications. 

• Preparation of Request for Inspection and conduct the inspections with RE/RTO.

• Preparation of Testing & Commissioning forms and conduct the T&C with     RE/RTO/Maincon/Client

• Arrangement of Registered Inspector and conduct the inspection (Archi & M&E).

• Conduct the training and handover inspections with maincon/client.

• Bachelor of Engineering -Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7.2 CGPA in the year of 2012-2015 in Coimbatore Institute of Technology at Coimbatore. 

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 84.2 % in the year of 2007-2010 in Seshasayee Institute of technology at Tiruchirappalli.
