I'm currently serving as a Project Manager at Brain Juice Collective, a social impact consultancy dedicated to driving meaningful change through every project we undertake. In this capacity, I have had the opportunity to lead and contribute to various impactful initiatives in mental-wellbeing, tech and education.

Experienced in running initiatives and causes. I cherish diverse connections, stories, and experiences, driven to create inclusive, sustainable societies where everyone enjoys dignity and freedom. Adaptable and open-minded, I am open to new opportunities for personal and professional growth. I am interested in consulting, social impact, development work, and research, but always open to learning anything!

I'm currently serving as a Portfolio Executive at Brain Juice Collective, a social impact consultancy dedicated to driving meaningful change through every project we undertake. In this capacity, I have had the opportunity to lead and contribute to various impactful initiatives in mental-wellbeing, tech and education. As a project manager, my days are dynamic and varied. I have:
- Experience in primary and secondary research to identify trends and gaps across various themes
- Strategised and executed projects based on research gathered
- Engaged various organisations & vendors to form meaningful partnerships to enhance impact

Engaging with diverse individuals—from digital mental health players, content creators to entrepreneurs in the insect-based products industry—has been incredibly enriching. I am always eager to connect with new people and gain fresh insights through these interactions.

My work aligns with my passion for nurturing young minds and fostering positive change in our communities, echoing my commitment to values such as sustainability and social responsibility.

My previous internship experiences in Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) and National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre have largely revolved around community engagement and community development work. From conducting secondary research on community development, facilitating community dialogues and writing content articles, I have learnt plenty about the community development scene and how we can engage communities meaningfully.

I studied Political Science in the National University of Singapore from 2017-2022 where I was taught to think and write critically. From learning about various political systems & structures, international relations and histories of various countries, I grew a deep desire in wanting to understand the complexities of the world. With my educational experience, I see the impact that policies have in individual lives and I hope to combine my interests in policy-making and social impact in my work.
