Christine Lye

Graduated from Republic Polytechnic Singapore, Diploma in Engineering Design with Business (Also known as Diploma in Engineering). As an engineering graduate, I am determined to solve problems and technical issues that surface. I worked in the retail, media and healthcare industries while I was an intern at ITE and RP. I get to explore various job settings, developed customers/patients relations expertise by working in these industries. Thus, I understood how to interact with customers/patients/actors in a variety of settings.

1) Company: IHH Healthcare Singapore 
    Position: Clinic Associate at Parkway Shenton Medical Clinic (Internship)
    Duration: September 2024 - January 2025 (5 months)
    
    Skills obtained:
    - Accurately registered patient records, responded promptly to enquiries and ensured smooth clinic operations
    - Assisted doctors in health screenings, treatments and improving efficiency of patient care
    - Managed billing, payments with accuracy and reduced transactions errors
    - Safely prepared, dispensed medications and ensured compliance with prescriptions
    - Proactively replenished medical supplies to support uninterrupted clinical services

2) Company: Ochre Pictures Private Limited 
    Position: Wardrobe Assistant and Production Assistant (S.P.Y. Season 1, Suria) (Internship)
    Duration: September 2021 - February 2022 (6 months)
     
    Skills obtained: 
    - Coordinated and prepared accurate wardrobe for actors to ensure smooth filming process
    - Maintained wardrobe continuity through detailed photo records and labeling of outfits
    - Anticipated needs by organising outfits in advance to reduce delays during shoots
    - Replenished and managed on-set supplies to support uninterrupted production
    - Coordinated and distributed meals for cast and crew to support team efficiency

3) Company: AddOn Systems Pte Ltd
    Position: Lenovo Flagship Store Administrator (Internship)
    Duration: July 2019 - September 2019 (3 months)

    Skills obtained:
    - Replenished laptops on the shelves to ensure stocks are kept at optimum level
    - Handled sales and repair transactions and ensured no financial discrepancies
    - Maintained the cleanliness of the store to ensure seamless customer experience
