As a Psychologist, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, HeartMath Stress Management Coach and Public Speaker, I have a vast array of skills! I am a registered practitioner (HPCSA|) with multifaceted clinical experience working with individuals, groups, schools and corporates. I believe in the transformative power of psychotherapy and coaching and hold to the maxim “What lies before us and behind us are, but tiny matters compared to what lies within us” (R. W. Emerson). For me, therapy and coaching are about facilitating a process whereby individuals can face their challenges and find strategies that lead to a greater sense of wholeness, joy, and freedom.  I am a passionate wife, mom, friend, and therapist who loves the outdoors, exercise, crafting, making nutritious meals and spending time with those I love! 

Having been in private practice for over 22 years, working in multidisciplinary school,  hospitals, clinical and corporate settings, I do believe that I would be a great asset to any team or to co-anchor in an existing private practice.
