Hi there! My name is Cody and I'm currently a final-year student at Singapore Management University, majoring in marketing analytics. I'm passionate about problem-solving and using data to find solutions to issues in the field of marketing and consumer behavior.

With this interest, I went to explore opportunities in the e-commerce field. At Shopee, I was part of the user growth team where I focused on identifying customers' pain points and finding ways to convert them. Meanwhile, at Lazada, I worked with the Voice of Customer team to better understand our users' needs and preferences. Through these experiences, I've come to appreciate the importance of sustainable growth. While it's essential to convert customers, it's equally important to ensure they are happy and satisfied on our platform. This requires a deep understanding of our user's needs, which is why I've become passionate about enhancing user experience. In addition to my professional interests, I have a passion for self-development. I find great fulfillment in reading and creating content related to psychology and personal growth.
