I ‘am a customer service for importation and exportation. I handle US based shipments, liaise for 3PL, communicating with clients, doing the documentations, billings and Letter of Credit preparations. With a bachelor's degree in Customs Administration from Philippines.
 

Experience

Monitor vessel bookings / schedules from shipping lines/forwarder.

Monitor LC (Letter of Credit) opening and check all necessary details.

Prepare and send all shipping instructions to the forwarder/shipping liner.

Prepare and check all necessary documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L,

COA, Insurance etc.) of shipment.

Prepare and check all shipping documents required by Letter of Credit.

Distributes important information to all concerned parties.

Liaise & report export shipments status and coordinate with suppliers, shipping

liners/forwarders, agents & customers.

Monitor shipments from the loading port until the releasing of cargo at port of

destinations.

Assist Singaporean / American counterparts.

Perform other tasks as advice or request by the superior.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (major in Tariff Laws & Customs Procedures)
