A results-oriented technologist, leader with 17-year experiences in providing solutions and management for the application development, managed services, operation, and sales. Provides P&L accountability, overall leadership, vision, strategic planning, and oversight of supporting tactical execution plans to ensure successful delivery against the overall delivery roadmap. Oversight and management of multiple program tracks of work in successful delivery thru many projects as (cloud) migration, upgrade, revamp, modernization, managed services for Public Sector in Singapore more than 10 years with 40+ customers and 100+ projects.
Experience
Providing P&L accountability, leading and driving strategies, businesses & operations of Public Sector & AMS delivery unit. This is the department accountable for the Programs delivering and enabling the services for Public Sector and AMS. Maintaining contact points for 40+ customers from Singapore Public Sector to maintain and grow the businesses. Preparing, reviewing, supporting, writing-up proposals, presentations, quotations for RFQ, RFI, RFP, BQ, ITQ, ITT….
- Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Plan, manage and monitor the Programs to achieve the objectives and accountable for P&L.
+ Develop project plans, schedules, methods, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed.
+ Manage and lead internal resources, onsite, offshore teams along with clients and external vendors to ensure timely implementation of projects and deliver packages of work on time.
+ Manage program and project teams and work with project managers to coordinate projects.
+ Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives.Manage budget and fund for maximum productivity.
+ Forecast and utilize project resources in an efficient manner to ensure project is delivered on time, within scope and budget. Measure performance to identify areas for improvement.
+ Work with other program, project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders. Manage outsourcing resources in programs.
+ Give sufficient support to customers to meet customer’s satisfaction by answering customers inquires, resolving matters and complaints. Conduct and lead Steering Committee meetings.
+ Hiring and training technical personnel. Oversee all the technical aspects of the project.
+ Conduct project reviews and clarification meetings and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders. Take charges as escalation point and work with team to ensure the fixes.
+ Prepare, estimate, develop, review, support proposals/presentations in Presale/Sale works.
- Achievements:
+ Successfully delivered 50+ projects, systems for 40+ clients from Singapore Public Sector.
+ Managed to deliver many critical and crisis projects with the underestimation and phases.
+ Key supports to Sales team to win many deals more than 1M, 2M and 7+ new customers.
+ Maintaining a constant growth rate more than 30% YoY for the delivery unit.
