• Led design sprints and workshops for the Tax Technology Team and Aspire developers, creating solutions to transform tax processes. 
• Helmed the creation of web applications for internal users and clients: Transfer Pricing Cover Letter and Opportunities Mining. 
• Led UX research efforts with product owners, identifying ways to reiterate current applications according to business and user needs. This includes user interviews, contextual inquiry, and surveys. • Presented design solutions to partners and directors.

 • Conducted research to enhance the school’s marketing efforts, through analysing the applicant’s data using Microsoft Excel. 
• Collaborated with the Director of Administration, Marketing Managers and the marketing team to strategise marketing plans and enhance SDE’s outreach efforts. 
• Prepared marketing collaterals through copywriting content for web development, articles, brochures, EDM, GIFs that are circulated among industry partners and SDE’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, WeChat).
