Experience

I have 3 years of experience in the Customer Service field working in all sorts of retail outlets from Normal Retail such as Footlocker and to High-End Retail stores such as Gentle Monster. I have also acquired the necessary and relevant interpersonal skills throughout my years of work which I believe will be very useful going forward

Education

I studied a Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business in Republic Polytechnic, the course has allowed me to fully understand how customer service is applicable in majority of the industries and also allows me to hone my customer service skills even further. 
 

For my last semester, I had the opportunity to internship at NIKE under SUTL, where I was a Retail Associate.
