Deandra Limandibhrata

As a Year 3 Bioengineer with a Second Major in Business, I aim to continue my post-graduate education at Duke NUS with their MD-PhD program. I am currently looking for internships that expose me to the behind-the-scenes in the biopharmaceutical industry, focusing on consumer analytics or project management to allow me to better understand the medical scene in Singapore more holistically. 

Having been involved in many research projects over the past two years ranging from optimisation to valuation of technology, I hope to explore the business aspect of the industry and learn more about how to best optimise business strategies. 

• (May 2023 - Dec 2023) Undergraduate Research Assistant at LKCMedicine Dementia Research Centre, optimising neuroimaging quantification of White Matter Hyperintensities for ongoing publications
• (Mar 2022 - May 2023) Undergraduate Research Assistant at NTU under the Undergraduate Research Experience on Campus (URECA) program, where I proposed and independently conducted a valuation of the technology using the risk-adjusted NPV model for US and China markets, writing a research paper to summarise my findings.
• (Mar 2021 - Feb 2023) Volunteer Resource Manager at Rental Hearts, managing a team of Resource ICs, optimising algorithms for student-volunteer pairings and helped with social media marketing

I am currently a Year 3 Bioegineering with a Second Major in Business Undergraduate at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and have been awarded the NTU College Scholarship.
