• Assist to apply AA,AD, Arrival and Departure declaration for tug and barge 
• Updating tug/barge and transport schedule of daily and monthly 
• Updating relevant documents at DigitalPort and Portnet 
• Tally data entry including sales, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements Accurately record invoice details in the accounting system
• Prepares and updates SOA to clients, checks and validates supporting documents and handles follow‑up on overdue payments
• Managing daily operation of transport activities and updating the schedule accordingly

• Bachelor of Accounting with Honors (Part-time) Open University Malaysia, Perai, Penang 
• Diploma in Accountancy Polytechnic Sultan Ahmad Haji Shah,, Kuantan, Pahang
