I've been in the Travel Industry for the past 27 years, doing both corporate and Leisure travel whether its Groups or FITs. I love creating holidays for my clients, making unique & memorable travel experiences. Through the years I've travelled & led Group Tours  to different countries. I've mastered the art of True Customer Service and how to keep and take care of various clients. I am confident to teach Reservations & ticketing, Customer Service & relationship Management, as well as Tour Planning and Operations.  My Travel experience is the product of Hard work, Passion and true service rendered….. Given the opportunity, I would love to impart these knowledge and experiences the best & effective way I can !

My first job as an accounts executive in a travel agency has paved the way to becoming a frontline travel consultant , to a Sales Manager and eventually a Senior Manager. My Business administration degree was very useful both in Sales & Marketing . I took MBA so I can better  handle the company operations, ensuring efficiency , productivity etc.
