About Duurgasheeni Pandian:

I graduated with a Bachelor of applied science degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology-SIM in August 2023. I have worked in the airport for over 5 years as a customer service agent, a business develop and marketing trainee at WSAudiology and a pricing and e-commerce analyst at Maple Aviation (Ethiopian Airlines). My aim is to explore and acquire many skills as possible for self growth and career satisfaction.

● Pricing and E-Commerce Analyst (Maple Aviation: Ethiopian Airlines) April 2023 to May 2023

Conducting market research to learn more about competitor pricing for similar flights, reviewing previous sales data and deciding a market price for a range of flights based on findings.

Generating online sales reports, analyzing trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online booking platform.

Support Vibe product launches in Asia Pacific by coordinating with local market stakeholders

and global functional leads.

Responsible for passenger experience at the check-in counters and boarding gates for

various airlines.

Ensured safety and security were always adhered to by passengers and staff. Other

responsibilities include assisting passengers at the self-check-in counters,

transportation of passengers requiring additional assistance and facilitating passengers

during irregular operations such as delays, change in aircraft or gate.
