I graduated with a Bachelor of applied science degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology-SIM in August 2023. I have worked in the airport for over 5 years as a customer service agent, a business develop and marketing trainee at WSAudiology and a pricing and e-commerce analyst at Maple Aviation (Ethiopian Airlines). My aim is to explore and acquire many skills as possible for self growth and career satisfaction.

responsibilities include assisting passengers at the self-check-in counters,

transportation of passengers requiring additional assistance and facilitating passengers

during irregular operations such as delays, change in aircraft or gate.
