I bring strong combination of experience, adaptability and genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. I have more than 14 years of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding and trading like importation and exportation. Also, I have more than 7 years of experience in BPO and call centers as a customer service representatives. Moreover I also have 8 years of experience in Food and Beverage.
Experience
I graduated with a degree on Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. Since I passed the Philippine board exam I worked for customs brokerage and freight forwarders with different designations. Being able to work on those companies honed my skills like dealing with people, critical thinking, time management and decision making. I also have more than 7 years experience in BPO as a Customer Service Representative. I bring strong communication skills, problem solving expertise and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. Moreover, my 8 years of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant taught how the importance of knowing the products being offered to clients. Being flexible, task oriented and focus on company's goal is a must.
