• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INTRANET REVAMP: Led an end-to-end revamp of LTA's one-stop intranet, overseeing the successful onboarding of 30+ sites, deployment of user-requested features, automated processes and implemented a governance framework. Resulted in a modernised, user-friendly platform that significantly improved internal communication and collaboration for over 6,800 employees.

• MANAGEMENT OF LARGE SCALE EVENTS: Led the strategic planning and execution of various large-scale events involving internal and external stakeholders, senior management and the general public. Events includes high-profile Ministry of Transport (MOT) Family Retreat, Charity Outreach and also the launch of Community Gardens.
