Job Scope

The primary function is to support the production users and workstations, maintaining and troubleshooting Print & Broadcast systems as required, with the aim of providing a stable and fully functioning production environment, either onsite or remotely.

• Providing L1, L2 & L3 Technical User Support

• Implementation of new production environments, including setting up an on-location Editing /Print / VFX workstations

• Setup of the technology in a new WPP joint venture facility (Campus) within EMEA and providing first- and second-line support to the suites within APAC

• Deploy, manage and support computers for production users (Mac and Windows Platform)

• Assist all job roles in the Joint Ventures, liaising with Desk side support at Hogarth to ensure the site is fully supported

• Document and update documentation on standard procedures in real time

• Escalate and formally report faults to specialist engineers (including third party support when required)

• To complete project work as set by the team manager

• Working with standard application suites and custom workflow tools at Hogarth namely Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Flame & Flame Assist, Avid ProTools, Maxon Cinema 4D, Deadline, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, Tektronix Aurora, Telestream Vantage, Cloud Technologies (Azure), The Foundry Nuke, ESKO Automation Engine workflows, GMG ColorServer and ColorProof, Font Explorer, Citrix Workspace, Okta Multifactor Authentication

• Azure and Active Directory Administrative

• JAMF Casper knowledge for Apple Device MDM and Intune knowledge for Windows Deployment and MDM

• Zendesk and ServiceNow Ticket System

Job Scope

Responsible for the following project implementation and deployment activities including:  

• Provide essential enterprise level end user computing services to Public Service agencies.

• Execute new initiatives and enhancements that result in innovative use of desktop technologies to meet the needs of forward-looking Public Service agencies.

• Work with team leaders and outsourced service providers to plan, manage and deliver projects to upkeep, strengthen or create new desktop services to enhance service satisfaction and delivery.

• Execute projects to deliver desktop services that achieve standardisation of desktop services across Public Service agencies to reduce operations overheads and greater satisfaction of desktop services.

• Monitor and maintain desktop services across Public Service agencies and work with outsourced service providers to attend to issues, problems and request for changes.

• Devise and communicate key objectives, KPIs and project timelines to senior management and project delivery team

• Establish protocol in stakeholders’ communication processes to ensure timely status update. 

• Perform project risks identification and mitigations. Product evaluation, selection and deployment of solution to ensure it meets business requirements and infrastructure design meets the resiliency, availability and data integrity needs according to Government Policies, Standards, Regulations and Codes of practice (IM8) requirements.

• Other Project Management Support activities i.e. coordinating periodic audits, incident, problem management and vendor management as necessary. 

• BAU Operation Management i.e. coordinating and collaborating IT infrastructure and application teams to oversee BAU operations in Infrastructure, Networks, End User Computing, Security, Applications, Helpdesk, Maintenance & Planning including. Ad-hoc duties

Job Scope

• On-air technical presentation of International Networks in the Asia region
• Operating video / audio transmission equipment
• Bar-coding, digitizing video clips into video server, filing all required materials
• Dubbing and duplicating materials in multi-formats
• Quality control of broadcast materials required for transmission
• Monitor technically acceptable subtitling data transmission
