• Perform administrative support task such as doing the maker role, preparation of trades for the day, sending to the checker getting it to be check before getting it to be approve by the manager.

• Trades to be sent to finance team by 11am

• Email to be send out to finance team if there are no trade for the day

• Document scanning and archiving to be done for the trades

• Perform administrative support task such like archiving and filling document into the file when conformation note is received

• Ensure daily ILP bond prices provided by brokers are complete and approved by Fund Managers before 12 noon daily. Investigate any stale bond prices or large variances.

• Ensure fund administrator inputs the security prices accurately, account for all subscription and redemption trades and proper accruals of management fees in the NAV reports daily before 530pm.
