About Emily Wong:
Recently graduated from SIT-Massey University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology with Honours. I have been involved in various food production projects, for example, formulating and conducting scale-up production of vegan cheese sticks, and functional beverages, and also did analysis on the effects of retorting on flavorings. I am keen to seek for more opportunities to contribute my skills and knowledge built throughout my work and project experiences.
