I am an architect by education and profession in the Philippines and specialised in QAQC-CONQUAS  in SIngapore with 30 years of quality working experience in Singapore’s Construction Industry from MRT Project  to Public Housing & Institutional Projects (Hospitals and Schools – ITE/ University Schools to Private Commercial (Office Towers)  & Residential Projects (High End – CDL and Medium End – Far East) . Competent in building construction methodology and technology, architectural design, engineering planning and tender, value engineering, design and drawing coordination, ISO 9001 Internal Auditing, Green Mark, CONQUAS  and QA/QC – Construction Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
