My practicing approaches include active listening, EFT, CBT, MI and Narrative which I had confidently delivered in both face-to-face and online modes. My hours are flexible and I am willing to work in the evening or weekends if required.

My years of professional experience has taught me the significance of effective communications and good listening skills, relationships with one another, and adaptability to transitions of life and situations. Some of the important contributing factors, I believe, are work ethics of integrity, honesty, humility, respect (self and others) and empathic. I believe these values and skills are keys to a successful and fulfilling career.
