About Esther Tang:
I am a Year 2 undergraduate pursuing Life Sciences. I am proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace and Apple iWork. Being meticulous and well-organized, I can carry out tasks efficiently and accurately. I also have good communication skills whereby I am comfortable with working in teams. As a student, I am willing to learn and gain new hands-on experiences in the life sciences industry.
My lab experiences include: spectrophotometry, PCR and RT-PCR, DNA sequencing, nucleic acid isolation, protein expression and purification, agarose gel and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, Western Blotting and immunodetection, Gram staining, bacteria isolation, enumeration and identification, and GIMViC testing.
