I have completed my A level studies at Victoria Junior College and I will be studying Business Analytics under National University of Singapore School of Computing starting in August 2023. I have also recently completed my time in National Service, serving as a Commando Fighter. During my holidays and National Service, I took up numerous online courses that equipped me with programming skills such as Python and SQL. In order to make good use of my acquired knowledge and skills, I would like to work for your company.

I would describe myself as someone who is self-motivated and willing to learn. I would like to put these characteristics to use within your organization. My experience as a Client Management Associate in a FinTech firm, Cynopsis Solutions, taught me how to create simple programs and troubleshoot problems that our clients faced. Furthermore, I conducted UAT testing on our automated KYC/AML programs regularly for new version releases. I am well-versed in using Jira and the Zendesk Ticketing System. I hope that I can continue to apply these skills in other working environments.
