• Identified potential improvements for the company and took charge of leading teams from different business units through multiple tech projects aimed at enhancing the company's products and operations, such as sourcing for suitable LMS e-learning solutions and proceeding to identify suitable talents in the team to work towards implementing the project out for students, consisting of various LMS elements (interactive videos, eBooks, quizzes, etc.) and allowed users to track the performance and progression.
• Provided logistical support for classes and handled various administrative and operational tasks.
• Taught children ranging from 6 to 18 years old on fundamental programming concepts, including Scratch, App Inventor, and HTML for primary school students, and Python and GCE O Level Computing for secondary school students. Through these courses, students developed logical thinking skills, built self-confidence, and gained an understanding of critical reasoning.
• Collaborated with partners such as SINDA, MOE schools, and private sectors like Shopee and Salesforce to organize workshops and deliver coding education workshops.
