About Evangelina Francisca:

I come from a customer service and telecommunication background.

My latest full-time position was as a remote health interviewer assisting clients to obtain and organise their health history for underwriting reasons. It also included liaising with clinics to set client appointments for health screening.  Technicalities included the ability to probe for details in a warm professional manner, data entry and transcribing the details.

 I got to tele-meet people from all walks of life. The job was rewarding. Sadly, this position is no longer required. 

To keep afloat, I’ve completed temporary positions near my home as a general staff assisting in manufacturing, production/assembly as well as food packing during the year-end and pre/post Chinese New Year high volume period.

Outlook for 2022: I am looking to step out of my comfort zone, explore new things ,discover my hidden talents and build on my skill set. Interested in data entry in any industry as well as being a part of covid-based projects if there is any opportunity for that. We are all in this together! 

Open to projects/temp/contracts/full-time positions. Open to work on weekdays/weekends, PH. 

Able to start in 1 week or earlier if required.

Wish to step out of my comfort zone and explore. Interested on having a career change and willing to start from scratch.

Looking into other sectors where I may still be able to put to good use my existing skill set yet learn more and build on it. Open to fields such as production/health care sector(eg:swab admin.Covid ops)/admin/customer services/data entry, etc.
