I have a vas experience in the medical field as I have been a ward nurse, specialist clinic nurse, polyclinic nurse and a GP nurse.
Started off as an enrolled nurse in hospitals when I first graduated and I was in ward settings for 5 years, moved to polyclinic for 2 years , clinic nurse at Singapore sports medicine for 2 years and currently at Dr Anywhere as a Senior Operations Executive. I speak 4 languages which makes it easy for me to communicate with clients , patients especially for any enquires or feedbacks with a certain degree of knowledge which I developed within the years of experience in medical field . I process strong interpersonal , critical thinking and problem solving skills.      I have also been awarded as a Gold Excellent customer service nurse while I was in KTPH as a ward nurse. 

These are some of the work I do at Doctor Anywhere which comes under my portfolio.

• I oversee daily clinic operations including staff scheduling , patient flow management, handling patient feedback and complaints via various channels.
• I regularly train and guide the clinic assistants on daily operations, safety procedures and customer service standards to ensure that they can perform efficiently to meet the MOH standards and guidelines.
• I oversee the clinic’s finance and budgets, monitor the expenditure.
• I ensure administration matters including  files and sensitive informations are organised and also ensure the petty cash, billings and cash are accounted for and updated to the relevant departments.
• I support frontline services, clinical operations and any other ground duties during peak hours.
• I have written and implemented SOPs to  improve on the workflow and procedures in clinics and to adhere to our healthcare regulations and standard.
• I manage medications, consumables and equipment including ordering, stock taking on a regular basis. (weekly)
• I able to handle emergencies or unexpected situations effectively with my critical thinking and problem solving skills.
