Hi my name is Fiona Chow. I was born in Hong Kong. I immigrated to Canada when I was 15 years old. I graduated in University of Waterloo in Toronto. My major was Economics. Then I relocated to Singapore after graduation. I have been staying in Singapore for 10 years and I am a Singapore PR. I can understand Traditional Chinese characters and Simplified Chinese Characters.
Moreover, I had several years of customer services support in call centre environments. I had 24/7 rotational shifts when I worked in Delta Airlines. I received an Excellent Customer Service silver award by Singapore Retail Association.
