I'm a second year Business Studies student at Ngee Ann Polytechnic specializing in Marketing. Proficient in Marketing Analytics, SEO, and Social Media. I am also well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Google Data Studio. I am an aspiring digital marketer, looking for opportunities to work with a social media firm. 

I enjoy the opportunities for growth and learning in marketing and hope to one day be a large contributing factor to the industry. As a digital marketer, I possess strong creative problem-solving and communication skills. However, I am also a strong team-player and an experienced leader as I have managed both large and small group in my co-curricular activities in school and volunteering experiences.

● Proposed a novel Diwali marketing campaign which led to search and CTR above industry benchmarks as well as a ROI of 10 times the campaign cost for Rentokil’s pest control services 
● Designed creative assets for digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Search and marketing presentation decks for clients and employees 
● Gathered customer insights by conducting a customer satisfaction survey with Rentokil’s existing customers to determine areas for service improvement 
● Developed a customer journey for Rentokil’s various digital marketing touchpoints to increase customer acquisition within its target demographic 
● Explored innovative ways for Rentokil to increase employee engagement and satisfaction within Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam

● Leading a team of six Executive Committee members responsible for planning and executing club events and marketing campaigns 
● Oversaw the development of a marketing strategy by the Executive Committee to increase club membership within Ngee Ann Polytechnic freshmen

Vice-Head of Entrepreneurship | July 2022 - Present 
● Negotiated a partnership agreement between SNAPs and GroupBuy, a student-led business in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, to acquire products for SNAPs to sell to students 
● Launched SNAPs’ first merchandise sale and corresponding marketing campaign to raise funds for the NP Student Aid Fund 
● Experimented with different marketing channels including out-of-home advertising and social media to execute an effective marketing campaign for merchandise sales 
● Consulted Ngee Ann Polytechnic students through Instagram to conduct product development and quickly adapted SNAPs’ sales strategy to meet the needs of our target demographic
