I've been in the Audio-Visual industry since 1998. Out of which 11 years as a Business Development Director (current), 5 years as a Regional Manager for a Singapore company, EOM Pte Ltd and 2.5 years for PLUS Corporation of Japan. During these years, I’ve demonstrated experience in Professional Sales, Pipeline Management, Presentation Skills, Consulting, Solution selling, Sales Leadership, Account Planning and Forecasting. Responsible for developing strong relationships to assess needs, develop and present proposals, provide market solutions, and drive strategic collaborations. Responsible for business plan development and execution including current business protection, footprint expansion, contract rigor, business infrastructure, integrations, and pricing excellence. I've got great insights, created good contacts and relationships with high level clients, distributors, and system integrators in Southeast Asia. I have also increased sales by 30% to 35% on the average for all companies I’ve listed above. I have been working extensively and closely with partners in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Brunei, Bangladesh, and India. I have entrepreneurial spirit and a will to succeed, with a strong technical curiosity and competence. Solutions orientated but with a hands-on approach. A fast learner, hardworking and a goal setter. I can work independently with minimum supervision.
