Programmes & Events Co-ordinator

• Research, plan and propose new events and programmes that aim to share the stories of and create new experiences at Haw Par Villa
• Liaise, negotiate with and manage external vendors, event organisers and stakeholders when they hold an event at Haw Par Villa
• Prepare and oversee all logistical and operational arrangements for events 
• Serve as the point of contact during events, and handle contingencies or emergencies that may arise 
• Reach out to potential new stakeholders and partners for collaborations
• Work closely with senior management to improve the events management processes and procedures

Sales & Marketing Executive

• Prepare sales kits and catalogues on PETITUDO range of products, features and benefits to prospect new local and overseas distributors
• Develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote to existing retailers 
• Manage PETITUDO content calendar and regularly update social media platforms
• Prepare and present during PETITUDO livestream for launch of new products
• Participate in Livestreaming Course and Competition hosted by Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) to gain essential skills such as scripting, hosting, marketing and videography

User Administrator

• Support the User Admin Department in the user access review exercise for various banking applications in the bank
• Housekeep users’ access of banking applications
• Manage a large database consisting of users’ data and update documentation

Projects Executive

• Responsible for the sales and operations of projects such as tradeshows and exhibitions
• Acquiring new clients and projects via email marketing, as well as establishing and enhancing long-term business relationships with the clients to maximise business growth
• Deliver professional customer service to clients off-site and on-site to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and achieve high quality project delivery

Community Relations & Engagement Division Executive

• Supported the implementation of community relations and engagement programmes by conceptualizing and executing committee networking sessions and grassroots events for the Inter-Racial & Religious Confidence Circle (IRCC)
• Managed a large database consisting of data and engagement of over 1500 IRCC committee members and volunteers from all grassroots organizations
• Sourced for event venues, maintained and developed the venue database, and doing site recces to ensure that events will be able to run smoothly 
• Sourced quotes on event-related products, and managed an inventory database
