About Gloria Francis:

My name is Gloria Sushmita Francis. I have recently graduated from the Singapore Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Hospitality Business awarded Honours with Merit. My supervisors have commended me for my responsible disposition and being one with high drive of self-motivation. I have a keen interest in Revenue Management whereby I am in the process of applying for my Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics with STR Inc.
