• Provide close follow-up with all customer’s requests and issues: On-site support for probe card failures, new cards and repaired cards.

• Check schematic for issue pcard from pin tip to interposer to POGO pad.

• Welding technology.

• Compile all requests, issues and gather all necessary info/data from Engineer, Ensure proper closure for all items raised.

• qualify new probe card information and parameter.

• Conducted investigation and analysis to identify root cause of problems such as yield loss and wafer damage
