JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating consists of technical and

management aspects.

● Monitoring all working activities follows the schedule and is completed on time as per schedule.

● Involving in factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT) of project equipments

● Assisting the project team in any technical clarifications required, meggering cable, earthing test and

continuity test for any pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

● Knowledge in P&ID, single line diagram SLD, PFD, Hook-up, loop instrument diagram & GA Drawing.

● Prepare calibration procedure for instrument devices.

● Responsible for loop check activities before pre-commissioning and commissioning.

● Installation of the cable ladder, tray and Instrumentation as follows Approve For Construction (AFC) and

Issue For Construction (IFC) drawing.

● Prepare document for E&l report as built (red line mark-up drawing.

● Prepared the MTO document for electrical and instrument.

● Executions of daily field maintenance of all instruments with PM checklist.

● Update daily activities and instrumentation documents and QC checklist.

● Coordinate with Civil and Mechanical teams to get the desired output for the process.

● Planning & execution of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance of process plant instruments.

● Troubleshooting, Configuration and Maintenance of all kinds of Smart, Non Smart, and Foundation

Field bus based Field instruments like OEM (Make-Honeywell, Yokogawa, ABB, Rosemount), Control

Valves/On-Off Valves.

● Execution of Test bench calibration of instruments and sensors in workshop and field online calibration

of Installed instruments like Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level transmitters & Switches, PH and

conductivity.

● Online testing and calibration of control valves, shut down valves, Safety valves and Dampers,

Positioners. (Make: Fisher, Flowserve, Masoneilan, Mesto)

● Experience in Vibration probe (Make-Bently Nevada and BK VIBRO),Wireless Vibration transmitters

installation and calibration and Functional testing of rotary instruments

● Execution of Annual Turnaround Shutdown jobs in refinery process units and maintaining Plant

Instrument Database for refinery spares and consumables.

● Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Condition Monitoring Systems of Compressors, Blowers, Pumps

and other high end rotating machines.

● Hands on experience in loop checking of instruments and devices and commissioning of process loops.
