Hello, My name is Guo Jun. Previously I have been working with Bytedance as a data analyst. I have experience in working with Bytedance internal BI tool in which i had to extract (SQL) and clean data from a database (Hive). Thereafter, data manipulation and dashboard creation depending on requirements. My main motivation to work as a data analyst would be to create meaning in interpreting data to make more informed decisions.

Adept at retrieving and manipulating data from multiple data streams, including Hive, SQL, Python and Excel data sources. Proven track record of generating summary documents for senior management for monthly and bi-monthly audit and compliance reporting. Aims to create meaning through interpreting data to help organizations make well informed decisions.

I did an data science immersion which i have worked with Python on data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning (decision trees, random forest, natural language processing and neural networks). Also, i have an electronic and electrical engineering degree in nanyang technological university.
