• Lead and completed all the R&D projects for Quality, Reliability Regulatory and Safety work for VES.
• Lead and implemented Data Portal on the 20 countries regulatory and safety updates for R&D in UL
• Wrote a guide for Design for Reliability. Educate the team for Reliability test for consumer products.
