Main Responsibilities: 

• Support Team to develop communications content and publicity deliverables
• Work with community partners and other government agencies to curate content and organise community outreach initiatives
• Support the curation and management of content for social media and estate publicity
• Support digital media productions and webinars for townhall meetings
• Stakeholder management includes liaising with clients, government agencies, grassroots organisation, town councils, commercial buildings, and private residencesConsultants. 
• Organise and plan PR events. Work closely with members of the community to support and organise events to bring awareness to the projects. 
• Keep close communication on project updates through circulars, notices, meetings, and through social media
• Report and Work closely with PUB/LTA Community Partnership Managers
• Handle escalated cases and monitor progress to ensure the closure of cases on a timely basis
• Develop Public Relations Program for the project.
• Design contract banners and posters when needed
• Manage 24-hour hotline
• Plan for corporate and project events such as annual D&D and CSR events if any.
• Work closely with Project Director and team.
