• Led public agencies to learn how to use various functions of the Learning Management System (LMS), LEARN, through one-on-one demonstrations
• Collaborated with and assisted public agencies with the creation of E-Learning courses aimed at retraining and upskilling employees via LEARN
• Created bite-sized instructional manuals and infographics to assist and guide new users on how to use LEARN, as well as reduce the number of enquiries received
• Started a system of collating, organising and reviewing all enquiries on a weekly basis
• Bug and incident management: Collaborated with other departments to track, identify, research and resolve user or system issues faced on LEARN within three days for basic enquiries, and within three weeks for complicated enquiries
