About Hannah Yap:

Hi all connections from all around the world, I am YAP WEN XIN you can call me Hannah in short. 
I am from a small heritage city in Malaysia call Malacca/Melaka. I am 27 years old this year.

I have one year and 4-month experience as a guest service assistant at KLIA2. 

Previously at University, I studies Human Resources Management with Second class honors. Due to Covid, I have been retrenched from the company. 

Currently, live in Singapore looking for better opportunities in the aviation and event management industry. Don't hesitate to reach us if there are any opportunities.

1）Perform check-in for passengers at the counter 
2）Make a boarding announcement at the gate and finish the entire boarding process 
3)  Understand the airlines/country requirement from time to time to avoid NTL upon arrival.
4)   Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
