Responsibility  

  • Record daily hotel sales in QuickBooks using Sales Journal entries, including walk-in payments and online bookings 
  • Prepare monthly claims from online booking platforms 
  • (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.) 
  • Record and manage daily expenses and petty cash 
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation for all hotel accounts 
  • Match payments received (cash, credit card, PayNow, bank transfer) with bank statements
