Defence Science and Technology Agency 

  • Worked Full-Stack on Proprietary Simulation Engine written in JavaScript and C++
  • Modelled Sensor behaviours such as EW and ECCM
  • Developed rule-based AI behaviours for Aircraft and Land Vehicles
  • Edited MSSQL Database to allow for replay of simulation events
  • Extended a web-based Behaviour Tree Editor to allow basic visual scripting for non-programmers

 

Game Programmer (06/19 – 09/19) 

BattleBrew Productions

  • Implemented the companion, weapon, audio and achievement system from scratch
  • Created designer tools to automatically parse values from online datasheets into the game engine
  • Also made tools to interface with Apple’s App Store Connect
  • For performance, added asynchronous scene loading and an object pool manager which creates object pools on runtime automatically if they don’t exist yet
