Over the course of my 7-year career, I have developed a skill set directly relevant to this role. Overall, I’ve consistently demonstrated communication, customer services, HR, administrative & management abilities. In my current role, the main responsible is that I handle all aspects of MOM work pass and screening CV. Experience

 Recruitments (Job Posting, Generating CV, Soft Out CV)
 Forming and maintaining employee records
 Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
 Manages and administers the employee database, including employee details.
 Preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos,
policies termination, resignation, pay slip etc.
 Supports the HR team in day-to-day operations
 Communicated with new hires to answer HR-related questions, assist with
orientation and provide a friendly first point of contact
 Scheduled and observed job interviews with prospective employees
 Organizing and maintaining personnel record
 Arrange and manage all corresponding work pass such as applying, appeal,
renewal, cancellation Employment Pass, Spass, Work permit , etc)
 CPF submission, checking quota, foreign worker levy details checking.
 Arrangements foreign employee arrival before & after.(eg. Set of documents
for arrival, onboarding center, arranges for medical, register SIP, etc.)
 Purchase security bond, primary care plan, insurance, etc.
 Reported monthly HR expenses
 Recorded daily suppliers invoices
 Closing monthly inventory stocks, materials cost report, managerial
accounting report, summary for payable and receivable.
