• Calculate the ducting size and pipe size of AHU, FCU & MV Fans and cooling load calculation.

• BQ, materials order and manpower arrangement

• need to apply permit to work.

• Prepare and submit the method statement for ACMV installation and T&C, form 10, closure form, transmittal form, Re-energization form and inspection form.

• Site Coordination and supervise the site installation works below

a) ducting installation work

b) VRV/VRF installation work

c) VAV/CAV box installation work

d) FCU installation work

e) Fire dumper installation work

f) CHWP and CDP installation work

g) grilles/diffuser installation work

h) LMCP installation work

i) MV fan installation work

• Draw and give the hand sketch drawings to drafter for shop drawing plan and section.

• Testing & Commissioning, air balancing & noise measurement work

• Co-ordinate with Sub-Contractor work and own workers/supervisor work

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues arising in a project.

• Attend the site walk of M&E coordination for site coordination and progress.

• Attend weekly meetings with Client and Main contractor.

• everyday do it the inspection with RTOs & FM.

• Ensure completion of the project in a timely schedule and within the budgetary limits

• Prepare OMM for hand-over submission.
