As a dedicated undergraduate researcher, I have been fortunate to engage in a wide range of projects that have honed my analytical and technical abilities. During my tenure at Singhealth, Singapore General Hospital, I played an integral role in investigating the expression of CD39, CD73, and immune-related markers using spatial transcriptomics, immunofluorescence staining, and multiplex immunohistochemistry staining. My hands-on involvement in refining research pipelines, data collection, and utilising advanced digital spatial technologies underscored my ability to navigate complex methodologies and drive meaningful insights. I actively contributed to data interpretation and collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams to dissect findings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project implications.

Furthermore, my proficiency in conducting flow cytometry, quantitative PCR, and ELISA analyses, demonstrated during my time as a Student Researcher in the Undergraduate Advanced Experimental Biology - Applied Immunology project, reflects my adeptness at utilizing cutting-edge techniques to explore immune responses during influenza infection. My meticulous attention to detail in lymphoid organ collection, cell preparation, and flow cytometry analysis, along with my ability to present intricate findings effectively, underscores my commitment to delivering high-quality research outcomes.

During my time as a Research Intern at Lucence Diagnostics, I further enriched my skills in optimizing sample processing workflows, facilitating experimental design, performing complex statistical analyses, and maintaining lab equipment. This experience improved my technical competencies and emphasized the importance of precision and collaboration in research environments.

I am excited about the prospect of joining the biotechnological industry and contributing to its innovative research endeavours. With a robust foundation in immunology-related techniques, project design, and data analysis, I am well-prepared to further your team's mission.
