A detailed oriented person with media and events background who is a graduate of Ngee Ann Polytechnic Diploma in Chinese Media and Communication and ITE Higher Nitec in Events Management. 

As a person who is curious and is always open to try out new things, I have gain the knowledge in media fundamentals such as Writing for Media, Radio Production and Video Production. My studies in Poly have enhanced my ability to work in a team and adapt to changes. In addition, I have also learnt the different techniques of Adobe softwares which I can apply in Photography and designing.

I am currently seeking a position in the field of marketing, where can apply my knowledge and skill for continuous improvement. I am able to start my internship on 22 May 2023.

Responsibilities:
- Assist to coordinate with the vendors and project ICs for the Key Visual required for clearance
- Assist in putting up payment documents
- Assist in administrative work for getting and partners onboard to help promote the events
- Keep track of the project work calendar
- Assist to read through event writeup

- To professionally handle problems that might occurs suddenly
- Improve filming and editing skills as I help the company to do social media for 1 of their events (SING.LANG 2022)

Aux Media Group Pte Ltd | Event Assistant

I studied Chinese Media and Communication in Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 2020 to 2023. This course allow me to learn storytelling and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, as well as the fundamentals of the Chinese media business and Chinese language & culture. In addition, I also get to hone my skills in news writing, advertising, marketing and publicity, as well as radio and video production. 

I studied Event Management in 2019 to 2020 and Business Service in 2017 to 2018 at ITE College East. Through the training in MICE, Facilities & Venue Management, Event Sales & Sponsorship and Event Planning & Management modules, I developed event organisational skills that equipped me to manage on-site operations, coordinate event logistics, write and present compelling proposals, and engage effectively with suppliers and customers. Whereas for Business Services, I get to learn to handle front-desk services and sales engagements, organise business events, and provide service recovery in business functions.
