Duties

• Formulate, Implement, Review and Maintain the HSE– Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, Manuals, Procedures and Record Forms Pertain to ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) Management System Requirements
• Develop Occupational and Health and Safety Programs for the Facility / Workplace which includes develop pre-employment check requirements for new employees
• Execute and Conduct Periodical Inspection Program of the Occupational health examination for employees
• Ensure Company employees are compliance with HSE legislations and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Occupational Health Doctor from appointed clinic for any medical and injury case management
• Coordinate HSE Gap analysis investigation and verify effectiveness of corrective actions implemented, if needed
• Manages the issuance of Personal Productive Equipment (PPE) and first-aid supplies
• Preparation, Review and Approve the Risk Assessments based on Each Discipline or Process Based works and recommend the remedial actions to eliminate the potential possible hazards /risks arises from the trade works carried 
• Conduct HSE Internal Audit, Coordinate Respective Safety Committee Meetings and Appropriate Safety Training Awareness and Programme to ensure that workers are safely done the works and comply with safety permits in place
• Preparation of Project HSE Management plans and HSE inspection Checklists pertain to project requirements.
• Follow-up the Company Safety inspections and identify the potential safety hazards/risks involved
• Prepare and update the applicable Safety Management System Documents based on Company and Project requirements as needed
•  Report to Project Manager for HSE Performance Parameters and Data’s Such as Reduction of resources used for execution of HSE System Audit, Accumulative manpower, Work Injury Rate, Incident and Accident Statistics required for effective HSE Continual Improvement Program.
