 First point of contact for bug reports and platform development queries for various products raised by the developer community.
 First point of response contact for the DevOps team, Genpact and handled a team of 20, with respect to policy updates and community standards.
 LEAN Certified and conducted weekly design thinking sessions, thereby driving the team to get trained and LEAN certification
 Created SOP to handle bug reports on a daily basis and conduct weekly trainings to improve performance metrics.
 Providing supports in Development, Testing and Production (24*7) environments.
 Performed daily monitoring and maintaining multiple Applications which requires multitasking between user chats, requests and alert monitoring.
