Influence - increase usage of intranet

Liaising / coordination of artworks deadlines, and processing payments / re charge etc.

Marketing related vendors management (sourcing / liaising)
Misc. marketing admin support: to support in other marketing related administrative work which includes invoicing (Google ads, freepik), PPT updates, survey responses
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Any other adhoc tasks when required.
