About Jane Musa:

I’ve been working as a project admin cum document controller in a construction for more than 10 years. With a strong background in project administration, I am confident in my ability to contribute significantly to your team and successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

In my previous position as a Project Admin at Design Delta Pte Ltd, I successfully coordinated and managed several projects concurrently, ensuring that deadlines were met. My expertise in time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail have been crucial to meeting the objectives and exceeding expectations.

I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and I am proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Office. Additionally, my years of experience have equipped me with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, which I believe make me an ideal candidate for this position.


- Manage Project Director’s meetings and schedule 
- Provide admin support to project team  
- Manage document filing and project drawings and coordinate 
with all departments of the company in order to assure
that all documents are kept in the right department file archive
-Apply Permit To Work with supporting WSH documentation (Risk Assessment, 
Safe work procedure, insurance, worker name list, work permit forms)
in   different job site   
- Liase with mall management, sub- contractors, suppliers and clients
regarding the project   
-Secure the management of original documentation based on tracking log, files and 
and organizes all the documentation for safe-keeping, storage and archiving based
on the operating policies and procedures  
-Compile all the required documentation for customers during projects hand over 
in order to comply with the project requirements 
-Sourcing new suppliers with low cost and quality product in accordance with 
the project requirement   
- Purchase materials for projects  
-  Prepare purchase order and delivery order 
-  Answer enquiries via mail, fax and phone  
- Handle the application, renewal & cancellation of work passes 
(includes workers medical insurance and security bond etc.)
