A Chartered Accountant Singapore, Accredited Tax Practitioner and ACCA member with experience in taxation including but not limited to corporate tax compliance, GST, tax advisory, tax investigation, dispute resolution.

• Prepare tax provisions for month-end, quarter-end and full-year accounts closing (corporate income tax, deferred tax)
• Compute and file quarterly GST
• Head the GST rate change project to prepare the company for the change in GST rate (planning, system enhancement, implementation, system testing, training)
• Tax agent liaison on corporate tax submissions, tax-related projects (e.g. ASK, ACAP, Transfer Pricing), tax issues or ad hoc queries
• Support regulatory reporting activities, including preparation of MAS returns submissions and assistance with the external audit process
• Front to End preparation of tax returns and tax reporting to regional office
• Ensure company’s compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Continuous improvement of processes with a focus on increasing efficiency
• Other ad-hoc task (withholding tax, tax portion of system enhancements, providing tax trainings, tax budgeting, etc)
